Dani Alves will be soon officially presented at Barcelona

Although he has been transferred now, Alves will not be able to play for Barcelona until January next year because only then can he can be registered by the Catalans in the Spanish Football League.

The quoted source does not provide exact details regarding the Brazilian's remuneration but states that his income may increase depending on certain objective clauses in the contract.
The defender would have liked to receive a contract for a full calendar year in Barcelona to keep his chances of being in the Brazilian national team for the World Cup. 2022 from Qatar, but the Catalan club will decide at the end of the current season whether or not to extend the defender's agreement.
Interestingly, despite his age, Dani Alves still has a big challenge, that one of playing at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
